Hamza bendellajd born 1988 in Tizi Ouzou is an Algerian hacker with the code name BX1, also known as the smiling hacker. He was on the top 10 list of wanted hackers by the Interpol and FBI for allegedly involving in a millions of dollars fraud.

The smiling hacker developed a malicious software called the "SpyEye Botnet" that he used in infecting more than 50 million computers in the world(mostly from the U.S) to steal banking informations and emptying the account. He also hacked into 217 banks and stole 400 million dollars then donated the money to Palestinian and African NGOs(Non Governmental Organizations).
